We have both been trying to save some money and paint our nails at home more. To make your at-home mani last more than 2 days make sure you are first removing your actual cuticle with a tool like this and then that pesky layer of super thin cuticle with a remover like this. Then once all that is scraped off and your nail is clean the polish will go on smoother and not start to chip at the top. This top coat is amazing and dries at lightening speed!

The entire line of Sally Hansen Salon Manicure polish. The brush on this polish is perfect and the consistency is thinner than most polishes, but that allows it to not dry all opaque and chip off.
