mile-a-day & music playlist
I am desperately trying to focus on getting in better shape. I have a love-hate relationship with working out-- but decided to try something new. I used to run alllll the time but recently found myself dreading running more than anything else. I'm going to try and change things and I am going to attempt a mile-a-day for a month challenge. Running a mile is pretty easy (even though I'm severely out of shape) and it takes less than 10 minutes. By running first I'm way more likely to do some core work and get a good stretch in. I'm not going to be super strict about it either- if I'm feeling really good, maybe I'll go longer than a mile-- if I'm feeling horrible maybe I'll just walk it. For a lot of you this might not seem like an extravagant goal - but my point is to actually complete it , and not just sweep it over. Plus, by sharing this goal with all of you it'll make me more accountable---right!? okay, I feel like I'm just rambling.
