Do either of you have an amazing robe/bath wrap?! The only one I have is a silky one from being a bridesmaid and I always end up having a slip when I’m doing anything but sitting down! I work nights so I tend to get up early to shower and just need to throw on my robe while I pack my lunch and get my things together?
Karissa: I have this robe which is really comfortable and great in the summertime when it's warm. Bradley and I got matching robes as a wedding gift and they are amazing- they are not available online anymore but are pretty similar to this.
Sam: I wish I did! Zach has been begging for one so I might get us matching terry robes for Christmas this year. I have my wedding robe and a couple more from being a bridesmaid in other weddings. The truth is I am not a robe person and I can never figure out the ties. I'm just always flailing around and the robe comes apart. I usually just get ready in my underwear! If I were to get robes I would buy this one. I've heard it is the best in the world!
I'm doing a lot of traveling and am looking for a great tote bag to use as a carry on. I would love something that zips down smaller so I can bring it along for when I shop too much
Sam: I'm not sure about something that zips down but I would splurge on this beautiful Madewell leather tote. I also love this olive canvas version.
Karissa: I think you would love a Longchamp bag! I've had a smaller version for sometime but it's held up great! I almost bought this one for our trip to Europe- it even has a spot so you can slide it onto your luggage handle!
I'm co-hosting a bridal shower for my sister-in-law. I'm in charge of favors and at a complete loss of what to get, any ideas!?
Karissa: For the shower I hosted I did tea bags and wrapped them up and added a sticker that said "love is brewing" there were a lot of people so I wanted something inexpensive and cute! I went to a shower that gave flavored olive oil that was super cute, and another one that gave out wine stopper which was great!
Sam: I have been in this same situation! For my bridal shower the favors were little potted succulents and people loved it! For the shower I threw, for gifts and prizes I did nail polish that way both kids or adults would be excited if they won. I attended a shower that had homemade cleaners and Bath & Body candles as the favors and I was so excited to win those!
How do you feel about a white dress with black shoes?
Sam: Ooo I'm thinking no on that for sure. I would do tan shoes or a blush pink if you don't have white shoes.
Karissa: I'm going to have to agree with Sam on this one-- I'm not into it! I would definitely do a nude or tan shoe or a fun colored shoe!
