What is your next book club book?

We each picked a book we had on our list and drew book names out of a hat. We got The Nightingale by Kristen Hannah! It is historical fiction but has the best ratings.

I'm going to my cousins bachelorette party soon, and we are supposed to get lingerie for the bride-to-be, I've never bought any so need some serious help!

Karissa: La Senza is the place to go.. I found so many perfect bachelorette gifts there (and the prices are not terrible). I feel like most brides get tons of white, so it might be a good idea to get something in the brides favorite color, or even yours lol!

Sam: I would look at La Senza or Free People! They have the cutest pieces and you can sort by the color white on their website! My most loved pieces from my bachelorette were the bralettes that I can wear all the time with tanks. I also loved getting cute pajamas like these!

What are your favorite make-up brushes? I've been using my fingers but am looking to upgrade my life a little lol.

Sam: I only have ever used my fingers to apply foundation but I love this brush for eye shadow and this brush for eye brows from Sephora!

Karissa: I love this brush for my face. And use these brushes for my blush, bronzer, and eyes-- they're very inexpensive and the best quality! Also, this beauty blender is the best!

If you took pictures of your engagement would you still take more engagement pictures later?

Karissa: We did not! Bradley had a professional photographer (a friend of ours) hide out and take pictures during our engagement and then took some great shots after which we loved! We didn't find it necessary to take more pictures, but if you want more pictures then I would do it!!

Sam: Yes, I did! Our engagement shoot was included in our wedding photo budget so we went ahead with it even though Zach's awesome sister in law was hiding in the woods during our actual engagement at the Christmas tree farm. I loved the pictures and was so glad we did it! If it was not included and would have been an extra cost I would have certainly thought twice about it.

I'm trying to shop "small" like small businesses. Are there any boutiques (online or in Columbus) you love- or Etsy shops!!

Sam: We both love the Gemma Shop in uptown Westerville for clothing, jewelry and accessories! As for Etsy I love this shop for vintage rugs and this shop for homemade sandals!

Karissa: I recently discovered this online shop (via our instagram actually) -- they have the cutest selection of earrings, they are GREAT quality and very inexpensive + they're having a sale! I also love Elm & Iron in Columbus (it's small-ish), they have the cutest home decor! I'd actually like to know about more small businesses -- so let me know if you have any I need to check out :)
