hair curl tutorials

We've gotten a lot of questions about how exactly we curl our hair! Well, today is your lucky day- we made YouTube videos to show you- let us know if you have any questions!

Karissa: I use a 1-inch wand similar to this one. My hair is thick and I like to put it into 3 sections and clip back the section I just curled to avoid curling it multiple times. I love to curl my hair away from my face for a more natural look. In the video I used this brush, this oil (I got from Kroger for ridiculously cheap!), and this hair spray!

Sam: I use a regular 1 inch clamp Conair curling iron and curl my whole head without clipping up the sections because I have thin hair. If I want a looser curl, I will use this same process but with the Conair 1 1/4 inch. If I’m really doing my hair nice I’ll curl the very top layer with my wand. I always use my clamp iron for the bottom because I find it impossible to wand that. To finish, I use this Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray that is basically liquid gold in a can it is so amazing!
