I need ideas for a dress to wear to my sister in laws bridal shower in April? The weather in Ohio may still be cold so I'm not sure what to wear.
Karissa: This is tough because you really never know what the weather will be like. I'd recommend getting a long sleeve swing dress like this. If its cold you could wear a sweater/jacket and tights or tall boots and if its warmer you could just wear a long necklace and wedges or booties.
Sam: I think getting something convertible that you can wear again is best! I would get a dress like this and wear a suede moto jacket or a jean jacket over it. I also love this one.
Are you both going to be doing a before and after post on your renovated bathrooms?
Sam: Yes! It is very hard to shoot pictures of a tiny powder room but I will try! We just finished up the shiplap on the back wall and we still need to make and install shelves and then I will do a full post.
Karissa: We definitely will... whenever we get it completed! We still have a few finishing touches (and by we I mean Brad)- but hopefully they will be done ASAP
What are your plans for St. Paddy's Day? What is happening in Columbus?
There are a ton of places in Columbus that are celebrating St. Paddy's Day! like Flannagans Dublin and Fado at Easton. We will be keeping it low key, getting dinner together and then going out (location TBD) to grab a green beer!
I'm getting married in June, but at 5'9" I'm looking for a shoe either nude or navy with a small heel- thinking something comfortable like a block or wedge, any suggestions?
Karissa: I was in the same situation when I got married. I got these shoes for Sam's wedding and they were perfect, they were comfortable and I can wear them again and again! I also love these ones! Definitely check out Aldo and Sole Society- they have a great selection of shorter heels (open toed, closed, glitter, etc)!
Sam: I love this traditional heel that could work with any style and if this color blue would be okay these are cute! I agree Sole Society and Aldo have the best prices with great quality to match.
Do you know of any cute passport wallets out there? I'm traveling abroad this summer, and really want a cute passport wallet- I'd like it to be leather but not too bulky and something that can fit my credit cards too. I don't even know where to look!!
Karissa: I feel your pain! I bought Bradley a great leather one for Christmas but it is too bulky for me! I love this one from Kate Spade. This one from Etsy is also really cute and comes in lots of different colors!
Sam: I love how fun this one is! When I traveled abroad I wore an old leather one around my neck in case my purse got stolen but I think one in your bag is fine. I also love this classic one from Fossil and it is on sale for less than $40!
