into the pines

This is such a typical weekend outfit for me if I'm not in sweats. My go-to boyfriend jeans, and either my Patagonia pullover or LL Bean. I've been really impressed with LL Bean the last two years and Zach and I have been enjoying building a wardrobe of basics there. Zach is OBSESSED with these corduroys and I love their pullovers and cable knit sweaters.

Taking these pictures has us really excited for our not-so-upcoming vacation. We are in the beginning stages of planning a driving tour of New England in early October. It seems early but many of the hotels and resorts are already booked up for that time of year since it is just peak season. We plan on staying in Stowe, VT for two days and then heading up to Arcadia National Park in Maine. From there we will stay a day in Portland, ME and hit up Boston before we head back. We need to get in serious hiking shape before we leave.

I love this Penfield jacket and will have it for years to come! The inside is lined with flannel, except the sleeves. That makes it really easy for layering.

We took these pictures at Hoover in Westerville. These woods that are a part of the disc golf course are one of my favorite places in the world and we shot our engagement photos here a year ago.
