How do you manage to keep your houses so clean?
Sam: Haha there is a big difference between clean and neat, and my house is only neat. I am not very good about deep cleaning and disinfecting but I am HUGE on things being put away at all times. It helps to have an assigned place for everything including mail for each person, keys, and shoes. I am lucky enough to live a minute from my work office so I make sure to go home and straighten up on my lunch break every day. Our other rule is - whoever cooks dinner does not have do the dishes. So usually, I cook and Zach does the dishes right away after dinner.
Karissa: My house is actually a disaster, most of the time lol. Thanks to Fitz, we have to vacuum 3x a week just to clean up what he has destroyed. I do however, try and sanitize everything as often as I can- germs freak me out more than a cup sitting out.
Can you splurge at the beginning of wedding season on one white party dress and resuse for the shower, bachelorette, and rehearsal dinner?
Absolutely! I think the best way to do this would be to invest in one nice, white piece that fits you great and you love! Then just accessorize it differenctly. For the shower, wear a nice jacket over the dress or jumpsuit and then for the bachelorette amp it up with heels and statement jewelry.
Which are the most reliable clothing brands that you order directy from overseas? (Shein, Chicwish, Zaful)
Karissa: I have only ever ordered something from Zaful- it was bathing suits and all 3 fit (pretty) well and were pretty good quality. They do take FOREVER to get to you, so keep that in mind!
Sam: There are so many of these companies popping up lately I cannot keep up! My favorite is Shein, but I have also successfully used Chicwish and Zaful. For Shein make sure you are either using the Lookbook to shop or seller reviews. On the top of their website you can choose lookbook, and see other women wearing the clothes and then they link all the items for you to shop below. Many of their items now come in multiple sizes and some of my favorite pieces are from Shein. My bomber jacket from this post, my fake gucci slides, and this jean jacket.
Where are the best places to buy cute dog acccesories?
Karissa: I love CollarDoos for cute collars for Fitz- its a Columbus company too so supporting local is always great! I also love Clive & Bacon for Fitzy's bandanas. I am dying to order Fitz some accessories from Rover The Pet Boutique, everything is super cute!
Sam: Since Oslo is a greyhound he has to wear martingale collars so they don't slip over his tiny head. I love to support the lady that owns Trendy Hounds and her boutique is so cute - I love her selection of Lily Pulitzer collars here. I also love the coats and jackets from Dr. Fosters and Smith. I can't even handle the cuteness of the dog models on their website and they have wholesale prices!
