cold weather beauty favorites

The cold and dry weather brings lots of static and dry skin. It is absolutely the worst, but lately I have found a few beauty products that seem to be helping. These help me maintain a nice glow while keeping my face hydrated.

A good facial this time of year helps immensely! I had one this week where my aestheticianused electric current to work the serums and hydration into my skin.

Jose Maran Argan Milk - I got this for Christmas and cannot believe it literally comes out white like milk. I put this on under my makeup and it actually lasts as an all day moisturizer.

I have been looking for a milder facewash that doesn't leave my skin feeling stripped. This Estee Lauder cleansing foam is just that and I use it every day in the shower. I got this as a free sample when I bought my foundation at Nordstrom. I'm out now and for sure will be ordering more!

Whenever I do my makeup in the winter, in a few hours I feel like my face looks dead! This Maybelline highlighter lasts all day and really seems to help. I use a brush to put a bit on my cheekbones and then use my finger to put some in the corners of my eyes, down my nose bridge, and on my eye brow bones.

Dose of Dew - This is highlighter in stick form! It goes on so smoothly and is probably my favorite item on this list.

Schwarzkopf Gliss - After a majorly static-y hair day I picked this up at the grocery store and it really works!

I was looking for an eyelash growth serum, but not willing to pay $150 for a tiny tube. I found a Buzzfeed review of this Organys Eyelash Serum on amazon and it seriously works! I forget to apply it every other day but I usually put on before my makeup and again before bed.
