What are some suggestions for flats to casually wear with jeans?

Karissa: I love a classic loafter like this or this - I love that they are casual but could be dressed up if needed!

Sam: I love scalloped flats like these! Especially if you are wearing skinny jeans, adding interest with a pair of flat like these would be perfect.

How do you curl your hair to get waves with with long hair?

Sam: In order to get that look, make sure to leave the last inch or 1.5 inches of hair out of the curling iron and curl as you usually would. Then, before the curl cools, pull it down straight by the end to sort of straighten the curl. Make sure to finish with this texturizing spray. I have heard special curling irons like this work well too.

Karissa: I use a curling wand to get waves! The bigger the barrel the bigger the wave is going to be- I love the smaller barrel with my shorter hair but think it would be a good option for people with thin hair to get the waves to last all day! I take a 1 inch chunk of hair and curl my hair on the wand away from my face - I do my hair in 3 different layers because my hair is super thick- I spray each layer after I'm done curling it and then when my hair is cooled I run my fingers through it to get a slightly messy look!

Any ideas for cute updoos? I am getting sick of just wearing a pony or messy bun?

Karissa: I'm the worst at up-do's besides the basics but that's because if I'm going to spend a long time on my hair I'll probably just wear it down! I do love adding a braid to my pony or even putting my pony or bun at different "heights" on my head.

Sam: Hopefully it is not out of style yet, but I love the half topknot look like this. I also love the twisted updo like this.

I'm looking for a living room rug about 8x10 to add some color to my space without being overwhelming. What are some options?

Sam: If you like a boho look then this rug would be perfect, and this one is perfect for the modern look. I know this rug is not a ton of color, but it is a new trend I love!

Karissa: This honestly depends on the vibes of your home, and the other colors in it. But I love this rug (it's super bright & colorful!) and this rug is gorgeous and more subtle with a pop of color! I personally have found great options at Overstock that are priced well!
