Do you have any suggestions for cute winter boots? I would like to find something that is seriously warm and lined.

Karissa: I am currently in the market for cute winter boots- I wore my Hunter Boots last year... but they are definitely not warm enough for cold Ohio winter days! I love these boots from Ugg (I think they look better in person than online). I also love the classic LLBean boot! Winter boots are definitely an investment but worth it since they can be worn year after year!

Sam: Sorel boots are top of the line for warmth and they are also so cute! (love these)I have a pair of LL Bean boots that I wouldn't hesitate to wear out if it was snowing and you can always buy a pair of these insoles if you find a pair of cute boots that aren't lined. Ugg has some really warm looking boots like these that could be dressed up with skinny jeans and a sweater. I am dying for a high heeled pair like these though to wear to work!

Do either of you host holiday parties? Looking to host a holiday party and want advice!?

Sam usually hosts a friends-giving that they call "dips-giving" everyone brings their favorite dip to share! I started hosting a Christmas party - I provided most of the drinks and food (mostly apps) and people were able to share whatever they liked! Our best advice would be to have people bring things -- it makes it way less work (& money) for you and fun for everyone to try new things! Also don't consume too much alcohol without eating... but that's just life advice!
