Do you have a go-to place for budget friendly fall sweaters? I love the Free People sweaters but I'm not willing to spend $150 on a sweater.
Karissa: I have a few Abercrombie sweaters that I love.. I currently am loving this one and this one! I also think Loft has some great sweaters I'm loving this (looks so much like a Free People sweater) and also love this one!!
Sam: I love Free People sweaters too! So much so, that I will wait for them to go on sale at Macy's or Nordstrom Rack. My go-to spot would be Express, they have the cutest sweaters and usually have at least 40% off going on so you can get a sweater for around $40. I love this one and this one.
What is your favorite place to shop for home decor items like rugs, pillows and decor?
Sam: I like to look for the best deal at several places if I know what I want but my usual suspects are Target, World Market, and Overstock.com. Overstock has some amazing rugs at the lowest prices like this one. Target's new Project 62 decor is amazing and very midcentury modern. When buying furniture or lighting I like to use World Market. This lamp and this rug are very pretty!
Karissa: I would say a good majority of my house is Target or World Market! I also LOVE Home Goods! I like to use stores like Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel for inspo and then go to less expensive stores-- home decor can get so expensive!!
Karissa - how do you curl your hair so it looks wavy and curly at the same time?
My curling wand has been my life. I love that I can get natural-ish looking hair with it. I purchased my wand like 5 years ago... and I think it took me a whole year before I got the hang of it! We will do a video tutorial soon :)
I'm looking for an affordable pair of booties for fall that are fun and trendy. Any suggestions?
Sam: Target and Forever 21 are killing it this fall with the bootie selection. Target has these velvet booties for $38 and Forever 21 has these embroidered ones for $48.
Karissa: I agree with Sam - Target has some great affordable booties. I got these last year and love them- also love these!
