How often are you in contact daily about the blog and how do you decide who posts? Do you check in/approve before you insta story?

We text throughout the day! We usually set an idea for what posts we want to publish that week and post to the blog 3 times a week. We try to instagram every day including weekends and for that we usually just check in with each other on which picture we like best. For insta stories we post whenever we want without checking in. It is hard with our work schedules but we story videos and pictures at different times a day. We sign each insta-story with an S or K so you know who is who.

Finding it so hard to shop for little gifts for co workers and friends. Any ideas for a cute hostess style gift under $30?

Karissa: I think that a mug (either travel style or regular) filled with a coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or even candies or a a gift card would be really cute- and there are so many options out there so it would be easy to customize it to their style or likes (this travel mug or this regular mug are really cute options!).

Sam: You can't go wrong with a candle! I love this Anthro candle and you could reuse the pretty container it comes in. Another classic idea is a bottle of wine with charms like these.

Do you have a favorite brand or pair of snow boots?

Sam: My favorite brand is LL Bean and I have had these snow boots for several years. I love them and would buy them again in a second. If I ventured out I would get these Sorel boots.

Karissa: I got these LL Bean boots last year and they are amazing, and a classic. They get back-ordered quickly so if you want them you better act fast :)
